Here are a few pics of your boat. It has now been in the Atlantic and Pacific! Pretty cool.

Ziemer - I happy to see you and your family enjoying the boat - looks really good - I will post some pictures of 2005 Stars & Strips soon - I have had it in the water only twice - Took the boat name off of the top and added some additional painted stripes, wet sanded, buffed and wax the entire boat - Boat looks totally different now, Michael Landis wouldn't even know his old boat...

Keep in touch...

Ernie

Not bad for a boat with nearly 500 hours on it! I've got to thank Scott and Will for taking such good care of this boat and the Nunezes for building such an awesome boat in the first place! I just hope I can maintain the standard of care under my stewardship!

Tomas, your boat awesome too! I hope the rebuild went well so that you can put that Arrow on the trailer!

Jeff, yes, gail paik painted the boat.
you can see her posts in the apache forum under goldengirl.
She was very tight w/ the original apache crew and painted many of their boats.

Altough I have a Pantera 28 and not an Arrow... Mange is the one with the Arrow (shouldn't he start a thread dedicated to that project?! - The Arrow is almost finished now...)

The rebuild of the engine will get some more energy when I get the parts from the states on monday.

Tomas, lost in translation bud!

"Put 'em on the trailer" is a drag racing expression. When you beat a guy he goes home. So he packs his stuff on the trailer and leaves. You get to keep racing. I was wishing you sucess in whipping Mange's Arrow with that bad azz, blown, potato chip of yours! (You've got the super light 28 right?)

As my father always says... Thank god I'm not as dumb as I look!
