Hi Bern,

It will run right at 70-71 on GPS with the 500 EFI with 1/2 tank of fuel and 2 passengers.

That 28 Saber is sweet and it would smoke all the boats you have listed. I came real close to buying that boat as well. In fact I probobly would have were it not for the 28 apache that popped up from nowhere.

The 500 must have a buttload more torque than my 525...

No comparison between the velocity and Pantera .
The Barnegat Bay gets ferocious , go with the Pantera .
