You can have mine for almost half of that, somewhere around $13k complete turn key, it is not perfect, but REAL close, also a 3-man, with a small backseat(no legroom) but could be converted to have a real backseat somewhat easy. The boat is a 1981, but good luck finding any rot, transom replaced, and stringers checked(dry) and reinforced at the same time as the transom. Runs 60 with the 250EFI merc, could go faster with a 300, or mods to the 250. Big tabs, decent stereo, etc. etc.

way back when, I went from an 18 Donzi to a 24 Pantera. The improvement in ride was exponential. I loved the Pantera, but I needed a bigger boat when my daughter came along. Hence the Magnum.
