Is it somewhat comfortable for two people to overnight in a 28 ?

I would think the portable ac would be a necessity. With two females it would get HOT in there.

Yes, plenty of room. We have even done 2 adults and 2 kids, that was great. We even did four days in the one we have now last september and it has no padding.

First over night stay in my p28 and there plenty of room in the cabin.

The V berth is good sized and about the same as the one in my 32 AT. It could be done and I know plenty of peeps that overnight in similar sized boats.
Personally, I just prefer the comfort of cold AC blowing.

Yeah , I would invest in some portable ac to run off the dock power. Would be nice to have a dvd unit as well. Would be overnighting in Milw and Chicago. Not a frequent occurance but if the day water is calm and it gets bad , we could get a transient slip for the night and see what the next day brings. I am half way between the two cities. Would be nice to enjoy a boat day and grab a cab for some night life and sleep over.
