The boat is getting cheaper every day I get closer to divorce.....Make an (real) offer

Any muffler I've tried that brought the db's down to a legal level wouldnt fit due to the position of the steering rams. This isnt my first rodeo.

Hey, I'm trying to help you out...I think Vertigo has taken over this thread. Don't know why the mufflers are being picked on by a guy w/ a Baja. Again...just sayin. Hope you sell, great boat!

ya..well it might just be a baja..but thats only the name on the title..cause its no where near what "baja" made..ok..maybe no mufflers..then why not have custom tail pipes made? Or move the rams? Im not trying to be ignorant at all..I would love to have your boat...I would have pride in pulling up to the ramp and backing that into the water...

You can't move hydraulic steering rams. The only option would be to have some custom pipes made. Probably would cost $1500-2000.

I would go wth inserts. GGB makes a nice insert even for dry pipes. 5", 8", and 16" that work pretty good. They can be tack welded on end of tail pipe. I got the 8" and they are about $300 and make a huge difference.

I received a Call a month back from a guy who claimed he had my 2002

http://www.panteraboats.com/ownersga...ID=120&page=12

If this is the boat you are talking about , I am the original owner and engine builder. She turned 28 B1s at 5350 , and ran a best of 86 mph .
Power was a 500 ci engines making just over 500 hp.
Great boat
