Theres plenty you dont understand alec ;-)
Look at your contributed content on this site. It would be none the worse without you !
Maybe ”witch hunt” was not the correct term.
Lets try crucifixion, that seems a bit more fitting eh ?
Just saying....for a dude that averages like 3+ posts a day on a boating site, yet hardly any of them are directly boat related fraud is a dangerous word to toss around so freely.

Its all good though. Just keep combing the site for controversy.
you may not have $hit else to contribute, but at least you can claim to be the oso watch dog eh?

"After a two day trial, the court ruled in Mr. Grote’s favor, finding that Pantera had committed fraud and awarded Mr. Grote over $580,000"
How many judgements does Pantera need (including more fraud cases) - or boating customers need to be legally bent over before Pantera would be deemed less reputable, then say Alec on this site given his posting contribution does not meet your posting criteria?

Do you really think that they still have that hull? Even if they do Berk could not get it without a court settlement and would it be worth shipping a bare hull over seas?

What I do to contribute to this sport through OSO is beyond you.
And it has nothing to do with this crap.
There's some good people on here doing some good stuff.
Those people I help as much as possible.

And I'll stick with fraud.

Crucified works for me too.

Perhaps if this exposure was laid on these Aholes after the first sucker got it in the AZZ the next dozen wouldn't have been burnt.

Five or six examples showing that these people have shoved it in someone's hoop and you are arguing about how they are treated.

Beautiful

Alec is a great guy, and he will take a stand against what is happening here with Berk. That's not an easy position. But Pantera needs to be held accountable for their business practices. I always liked Pantera's product, but never knew anything about their business ethics until this "Berk Episode" Geezus! What an eye opener! This has to stop!
