How much do trailers usually cost 24 pantera
I am looking at a few different 24 panteras right now and was wondering how much a new trailer usually runs for a 24 ft boat. And are there certain trailers that are better suited for brackish water, (im on the chesapeake) I am considering buying a boat that is not really a turn key boat but not really to bad. Trying to price everything out to find out how much it will be and then multiply it by 3. At least that is the way it has been when I restored cars.

In 09 I wanted one for my Pantera and I was worried about getting something I wasn't gonna be happy with so I contacted Jo and let him order one for me through Continental . Jo did a nice job convaing exactly what I wanted and he likes the trailers for the 24 overbuilt so I could probably put a 27' boat on it . I think it was a little over 3k... . For my Y2K I ordered a Nextrail triple axle with disk brakes and paid 4500. But the Continental is my favorite of all my trailers . I heard that they are no longer in business but I haven't checked for myself .

Price will really depend on what all you'll want on it.
I'm sure you could find a basic aluminum trailer with galvanized wheels and brakes on one axle for around $3k, but it would be just as easy to spend $6k... Once you start adding some nice options, LED lights, aluminum wheels, disc brakes on both axles, welded frame, spare wheel and hub, etc...
Probably similar if you were to go painted steel.
Good news is, there are a ton of tandem 3500 lb torsion axle trailers out there for sale that are made for a 24' boat. If you can do the work yourself, you could probably find a nice used one and add all the fancy stuff and be in it for $2000-$3000.

Ziemer is right. There are alot of used trialers out there for a good price. I you are looking for a new trailer my suggestion is to look at Loadmaster in Ohio. They build a great trailer for good price. Galvanized too.

All excellent suggestions. I just picked up a 24 Pantera on a Venture aluminum I-beam which is a decent middle of the road trailer. I would add make sure your go with bunks, not rollers and stick with torsion suspension.
