Those eyes are on a black 28sr or maybe just a 28s? I couldn't see the R in the photos. the green "pantera racing team Miami fl" behind them.
Sharp boat. I personally like the traditional green eyes not the airbrush crap. No clue where this boats headed or who's it is or was, or if it's the hull with the controversy around it. Nice ride though.
I also hear several 24s out as cc with ob on bracket and transom doors. Government rescue boats of some sorts.

Does anybody know why Joe has not posted any pictures of this New 28-Pantera on this website... I was able to see a few pictures of this boat on a different website...
