Boat racing ,building

My customer was traveling on I-95 in Jacksonville, Florida on the way home from boating a few months back when he slammed on the brakes to avoid a serious car wreck and the boat flew off the trailer, went down the enbackment and hit a few large trees at aproximately 60 MPH.There is allot of money in repair costs. The Gimball,Drive,Swim Platform, custom Paint, interior, cabin, deck hardware all suffered major damage.
The good thing with fiberglass is that it can be fixed but not sure if it is worth the investment in the long run.
By the way this is the 28' that was featured in Powerboat Mag. and is on our website.
Regards,
JO

Wondering if he would part it out?
I could use some stuff off of it to finish mine off.

Thirsty...your right
He'd probably get more for it that way. the motor alone (if in tact) has to be worth 10k. seats and upholstery another 5k. How bout the hull ? if thats in tact, you can make a new deck. Hardware and electronics ???
theres a guy here in Jersey that can fix that baby right up.
Someone would be willing to take on the project. If the price was right
offer the guy 15k and see what happens

I can't believe someone would actually pull there boat down the highway with out it being strapped to the trailer.
The picture in the add looked like it was just bow damage. But it sounds like it's a total loss and needs to be parted.

I looked into it, but 25K is way too much. The only ones I'd want to fix it would be Jo and Pepe. Not only that, you can fix only what you see. What happens in a few years when the stringers start separating?
Was a nice boat!!!
