I've seen that thing run on Lake Michigan. Beautifull boat. It handled the waves on Lake Michigan better than a lot of bigger boats.

It's at Indian Springs Marina...........I met with the owner's friend there this morning to look at the boat, (man was it cold there today!!!), however the marina owner would not take the boat out for me to see it!........Told us to get off his property or he would call the police!!!!!!!!!!This guy is a real nutcase!
The boat's owner, Fred, had arranged it with them for me to see it today.
We called Fred this morning and still, the marina owner told him they will not show it and refused to take it down from the stack!
I did get to see the bottom

Bearpaw, tell me about the boat please.

I wonder if he owes back storage fees is why the marina is being such an azz about it.

There are a couple of nutty marina owners around here. Huber is another one.

I dont think so knowing Fred as long as I have I think he could buy that marina if he wanted to. That boat is pretty much stock and used in fresh water all its life. I know he has put some money into it like new gimble, bellows, tips ,trim rams, I put new trans in it and EMI Thunders on, EMI flame arrestor. If you go back to Pantera rides thread you wil see another pic. B-87 Also Joe can tell you more with hull # Its been owned by only 3people in this beach town everyone loved that boat. I should have never sold it it was like a little red vette.

Thanks for the info Bearpaw. I spoke with Fred that afternoon, he said the marina owner and his son could definitely go to customer service school!
Fred is coming down next week and I will make arrangements to see it then.
