I offered 30K a year ago,oh well go figure.That 28 needs lots of accessories it doesn't even have a cover. Hope He gets every thing he payed for!! Plenty of room to make it nice. Good Luck

No doubt......additional 10k will be money well spent.
If the new owner shops his parts, he can make that a sweet boat for less than 50k. Its got the foundation.
