Where is the old "Team Chicago" 29 Phantom
Anybody know what happened to this boat and is it for sale?

Open or canopy? My open 29' came from your side of the state, not sure of the history of it.

Open cockpit. It started out as the No Fear boat.
I made a deal to buy it 3 years ago from Ken Doyle, but he sold it to someone else.
It was green with white interior.
Also, Todd Werner had a pinkish colored one and I don't know what he did with it.
Got any pics of yours?

Your dash definitely does not match either one of the 2 boats I mentioned. I'll call Will and find out were yours fits in the build history.

Will built that boat for the founder of Outback Steakhouse, it is a very strong layup, much more so than the lighter race version.

Yep that's the one! It does have a VERY solid layup which is fine for me since I like to build more power anyways. Gives me an excuse!!! Almost 700 going in next.
If you come across any pics of the other 29s please post. Always nice to see other examples.

Doesn't anybody know who currently owns this boat?
The last time I saw it was at a St Pete race about 3 years ago and it was then owned by someone in the Fort Myers area.

Yea thanks, I thought I had made a deal with Ken to buy it from him, but then he sold it to someone else. That was exactly 4 years ago.
