1st time down there, so if you are willing to be the lead guy on this one, we are probably in. Is this a Friday or Saturday event as to when you said it gets started? When are you planning on attending? I will check out Mckinnelly Marina tomorrow with reserving a spot. Check out the 1st annual madison poker run/Regatta, plan on making it if you can your boat is not to big for Mendota.

Yes, I'll be down Fri and Sat-leave Sun am > Riversplash...pending RAIN of course.
This Fri-Sat I think were headed down. Weather looks cool but dry. I can't stand it anymore-gotta go

I do not know if we will make it a 2 day event or just come down on Saturday mourning and stay the night, have to figure it out and make sure we can meet up somewhere. Is most of the action Friday, or Saturday, or are both days about the same? Are you planning on slipping up at the marina? Do people tie up and party at night, or hit the bars? What is it usually like?

Ok, going out this Friday and Saturday on Lake Mondota for some prop testing third week in a row I tried to get out hope it doesn't rain

Maybe we should try to plan some fun run's this summer, getting a bunch of boats together to run up to port wash for a fish fry on fri night, or to racine/north point is always fun.

We'll have a small group of us out and about on Saturday..not sure about Mendota as we typically put in on Monona and cruise the channel down to Gilligan's Island and Lake Waubesa. I am going to recommend not locking through to get down to Monona as the water level in the channel between Mendota and Monona appears to be about a foot lower than normal. That channel is shallow to begin with so use caution or avoid it if you can.
I'm not familiar with any local AT's...did you just get a new one? Are you from Madison area?
