First Annual Cobb Island Raft-up and Beach Party
We would like to invite you to our first annual Cobb Island raft-up and beach party on July 16th, 2005. It will be out in front of our house on the Wicomico River. We will put our Fountain out there as the anchor. The bottom is soft and sandy for standing and cooling off. We will have our little boat out as well to tendor people to land and back. Or I you can float in on a raft or walk (at low tide). You are welcome to come for the day or even stay the evening. We have OKed this with the neighbors but will have to tone down the music after dark.
We will have some snacks out back of the house and a few refreshments but contibutions are always welcome.
We hope this will be a great event that we can do annually. Pass the word, everyone is welcome.

Memorial weekend we had a trial run. Our friends anchored out their 46 Sea Ray and brought their Zodiac in. They were in 8 feet of water at low tide and could have gotten closer. Worked great. Here are some pictures. We are looking forward to this. Looking for suggestions...???? Beads????

Can't make it (bummer) - I'm enrolled in a motorcycle safety riding course for the weekend. Your event will probably be more fun!! Here's wishing you a great time!!
