Dean, it sounds like you have all the ingredients needed for a good time. These things take on a life of their own. The Richmond CHillout started with about 50 people and has grown each year till last night there were about 300. There have never been "activities" per say. Brian made sure there was a hospitable place, some food, stocked bars, and some type of entertainment (so-so DJ's the past few years, and a kick a$$ band this year), and the rest took care of itself. Sponsors have donated give-aways and the stuff is given out in a raffle. That is pretty much it. The rest is up to the people that attend-we boaters seem to know how to have fun
Oh, if you have a balcony and some beads you can probably count on some good ol'fashioned flashing too
