Didn't think I was going to be doing any other trips than the ones we already have planned. Wife just got wind that a bunch of our friends are signed up for this one and wants in. What's the current status with slips Sat. night? The registration covers 4 people in a boat (which makes the price very resonable) ...what's the addl. cost if you have 5 or 6 in the boat?

Go to http://www.oceanmarinellc.com/poker/index.html to download all the info needed including registration and extra person info. Just ask for Ryan and tell him Rick sent ya. He's got all the mi-nute details including current slip status, lift in water off your trailer with a forklift, etc. We have a lot of powerboaters that keep their boats at OM dry-storage, so that should help keep some slips available. For a startup run it's gonna be a blast, and no you can't beat the cost for four people. Location is outstanding.

The bonus would be if there's a concert scheduled at the N-Telos Amphitheater adjacent tot he marina, so we could sit and listen to the concert on the docks.

A few folks are already planning on Friday night slips as well to hang out and maybe hit the old-town Portsmouth pub scene (short walk), or ride the ferry over (short ride) to the Waterside TGIF party in the park from 4-9pm then hoot it up at the Waterside pub/taverns including a Hooters.

So I have my plan... I will be staying at the Marina (I hope) Friday and Saturday night on my boat. Might skip over to Waterside for a bit Friday night. Maybe not.. Est. arrival Friday night around 6:30pm, depart Sunday Morning 10am ... going home, no playin Sunday I don't think.

I should be arriving at Jamestown around 4:30, so I will meet you guys at Hole in the Wall, Jamestown Ferry.. Give me a ETA... I hear Cignificant and t500hp will be launching in the Chick.. Myself and Kevin Mishoe will be out there waiting.

Test drove Rock Steady Sunday, its GREAT!! Props worked out Perfectly... I lost nothing on the top end (maybe gained), and gained 5 mph or so at Cruise.. 26p Bravo's from Cignificant.

I am coming in Sat, how long does it take from the Jordan bridge? couple minutes? Can we just raft up somewhere to attend the capt. meeting? I have a slip for Sat night only.

Jordan Point bridge?? nearly 2 hrs at 45 mph. I will be there fri and sat but have never been there. As long as you have bumpers with covers you'll be able to raft up to anyone for the meeting. sat AM.

Should be moving by 4:45 on friday afternoon.
