Guys:
Don't forget about the ramp at Sanbiel Bridge. I am still trying to figure out where the Pink Shell is.
Bob got any room on your boat if I fly down for the run?
There is also a ramp at Page racing on McGregor right by Gulf Harbor.

Right now it looks like I have another full boat. If anyone drops out I will let you know.
The ramp at Sanibel Bridge is called Punta Rassa. I have launched there but is really tight at this time with construction of new toll booths. Probably not the best choice at this time.
Nice to see some helpful info is being posted.

Do you think if we get there around 3-4PM Friday it will be hard to launch a 38 Vee?

Check your tide tables. Even at Lovers Key you will need high tide.
Ramp fee at Salty Sam's 10 bucks.
For you guys who have not been in the area before have your charts out.

Salty Sams ramp is basically closed! I was there a few weeks ago for lunch. I was talking to the Dock master and he was saying that If you have a boat less than 25ft you might be able to get it in there. When they changed to concrete dodcks they changed the ramp. If I were were launching I would use Cape Coral Yacht Club ramp. The only problem is that they do not have a lot of parking. I think this is the best ramp in the area...... I know nortech uses this one for most of thier work. It's only a 20 minute boat ride to the pink shell.
