For those of you who were at Sarasota in the spring you know that we had 92 boats (52 pre-registered)
For the fall we have 67 pre-registered. How about all you guys that haven't decided yet, make up your minds and register. Let's see if we can break 100 for the first time ever at Sarasota!!!!!!!

I believe right after I posted that, my buddy with a 46 Cig with 900 S/C's registered. He called me to get the phone # to register.

Does anyone know if that Sunoco station across the street from the Hyatt has 110 oct at the pump? If not, what do they have? 100?

Is there any place that's close to the boat launch to fresh water flush the engines after the boats are pulled out of the water?

Is there gonna be trailer parking again at Joes (Loose Cannon)towing lot?

The launch right next to the Hyatt has some fresh water hookups in the parking lot.

There is also fresh water for flushing at Jim Ferguson's yard where trailer storage is available.

Trailer parking is available at Joe Spina's lot but this time he is charging.

Do not use the faucets near the bocci courts to flush your engines! Last year we were accused of stealing water and polluting the area. SPD will be set up to issue trespassing and other violations. Also, do not park or leave you trailer/rig at the 10th street boat ramp or the Van Weisel! I can guarantee that YOU WILL BE TOWED! And I know by who.

My lot is a few blocks from the ramp and the Hyatt. It is secure, gated, cameras, and 24 hour access. Two hoses for flushing and rinsing down trailers are on the property. Sorry, for the charge, ($100. for the weekend) but it is minimal for the location and service.
