Stu with Florida Powerboat Club had one planned up there last year but cancelled it at the last minute. He was going to limit the boat size to 30 Ft to keep it reasonable. That would be a cool place to have an event.

They held the Toys for Tots run there the last two years. Boats of all types and sizes.

None, that was about four years ago when they ran on the river. There's no speed limit on the lakes.

Make it happen. Count on me being there. I can count for a few of my buddies up here in north fl to be there. I think it would be a great location.

Sounds like fun. I can think of a couple of friends that would also be interested. Any idea on dates?

There are several performance boats that regularly use Lake Eustis and lake Harris. We are out there several weekends a month. If a poker run was held on the chain I know of at least half a dozens boats that would participate right off hand.

Let me know if I can help!

Also- contact Velocity powerboats and see if they would be interested in participating. The factory is only 30 minutes away in Sanford.
