I was on Grand Monday. The water has gone down about 2 ft since the 4th and 95% of the depris is on the shoreline. As of 11:30 am today, the lake level is 752.83 ft above sea level. The target level for this time of year is 744. Not bad, compared to the other lakes I've heard about! For more info, you can visit www.grda.com.

Its tough finding a place to stay that has a dock with it. Most places have weekend slips available and then just stay in town somewhere.

I have a spreadsheet of local hotels, motels, b&b, cabins, etc. I will be happy to e-mail that info to the out-of-towners. We have transient slips available at Thunder Bay Marina. I'll be sending entry forms out tomorrow via mass e-mail. If you don't get one, e-mail [email protected] and I'll reply with the form.
