The boat looks awesome. I believe this is it. It was parked in the Lowe's parking lot on exit 25 this afternoon.

Good luck to everyone in the run. I look forward to seeing you guys put on a good show!

The orange Donzi was at the Norfolk (VA) Boat Expo over the weekend. I guess they were on the way back to FL.

Yes that is the boat. It really gets around as some friends saw it at the shoot out at LOTO also.

Why should they? From their stand point it could mean more problems from those that don't support the event. either.
Dock, Seems like everyone is positive about the event now and has been ever since it became clear from PRA that this was indeed a genuine PRA event.
I know I'm now for it. Is there something I'm still missing?

I support the event but didn't register for a couple reasons:

1) Thought this was a heavy-hitter 100+mph event.

2) One "organized" LKN run a year is enough for me, regardless of who puts it on

3abc) I've been to mid-town dozens of times, Live on the lake so don't need a hotel, and have done the Driving Experience a number of times through my work. So, the "extra" stuff that out of towners might be into doesn't matter to me.

Man, seems like there is STILL no understanding between people on this event.
I'm for it and have been since it became 100% clear that this is an official PRA event.
As I've said before, I wish everyone in the event (or riding) best of luck and a safe run.

If the weather is nice, I'll be on the lake REGARDLESS of a run or not. -and regardless of any info on stops or checkpoints.
Enjoy.

With such a big event on a small pond, I'd guess anywhere you are on the water, the (offshore) onshore boats can be seen.

Looking forward to a great time at lake Norman. I've never been there before. I'm going to bring a 35 cig instead of the 46 Skater. After reading the negative post on this thread I feel I'll have a better chance making it out of town without making somebody mad. PRA puts great runs together and the best part of this run will be taking Make A Wish kids out for a ride on Friday aftrenoon. Have a great weekend!!! Jim

Very nice crowd control. You going to just hide behind a computer screen and call people names or be a man and tell us who you are?

Just my opinion.
Hope to see you out there.
