Yes there will be a 19th annual Seneca Lake Battleship Run promoted by the Rochester Offshore Powerboat Association . It will be the usual 3rd Saturday in July, July 18th. Arrive on Fri the 17th and leave on Sun. the 19th for a fun, exciting and even relaxing getaway weekend on beautiful Seneca Lake in Central New York. Minutes from Watkins Glen raceway where they will be hosting the Finger Lakes Wine Festival that same weekend.
We've had some returnees to the run come more than 10 years and some all 19 so we must be doing something good!

Theres still plenty of time to get into the Run. Many people came to the Pirates Run on Seneca Lake in June only to have rain affect it. While the organizers there do a great job and I hear there was still lots of fun there the water part was "dampened" or some. Why not come out and enjoy beautiful Seneca Lake in July. I just spoke to a resident on Seneca Lake who says that the water levels are back up to as high if not higher than usual. The last 2 years they were down but not this year.
