Got another committee meeting tuesday. Should be discussing some of this years changes and additions to the event.

I am hearing LOTS of really good ideas!

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to make a date change to the ACS Poker Run. The new date is 13-14 August. Yes, we are aware this is the same date as the Destin Poker Run. We also apologize for any inconvenience this change causes. Many people have already sent in registrations, those that have and cannot attend the new date, the registration will be refunded if required. The ACS website is being updated with the new dates, along with the registration form. All of the planning and activities will remain the same. It is still a two day event, with a fun run on Friday, Captain’s meeting and party Friday. Poker Run and awards banquet on Saturday. Those that attended last year know the fun level at this Poker Run. We are looking forward to this year’s event.

Jon will the rooms at the host hotel that were registered under this run automatically be changed or do the people who made the reservation need to call the hotel to change the dates?

We will change the already registered hotel rooms for you.

We may not be able to attend now . I have to pick my vacation at the beginning of the year and may not be able to change it . Some of us cannot take time off work anytime we chose. This being a two day event makes it kind of hard to be there on friday.

I am in! I visited Mr John B yesterday! Now I am looking for a damn stamp this morning... John you owe me 40 cents!
Last check in the block is my schedule at work, will confirm tomorrow.
