Anyone familiar with Ledges at LOTO / Osage Beach or other condos?

We are looking for condos for memorial day weekend. Ran across a bunch at ledges. They are priced AWESOME compared to tantara where we usually stay. It says they have a 11-7 quiet hour that is strongly enforced. Anyone know how strongly enforced this is. I mean if we are up drinking are they going to boot us? Most of our crowd is older but they still like to stay up late and have night caps. Anyone got any references to any other places if not?

We stay at the Ledges twice or so a year. We have never had any issues w/ noise complaints passed 11p. Granted we arent acting like a bunch of 16 yr olds, but there are times when people get on the loud side. It may just depend on who is around you. I know i have heard people on the balconies having a good time in the 2-3a timeframe & it all seemed good.

You may also want to look into Heron Bay. I think its near the Ledges.

We have stayed at the Ledges twice and had a great time and no problems with our late night drinking festivities butwe also were not acting like a drunk bunch of 16 year olds either!

Found out one of the reasons we rented from tantara was the 3 day cancellation policy they have. Ledges guy is offering me 21 days. If their is bad weather and rain all weekend I am stuck with an 800 mile trip to sit in a condo in the rain... Anyone got any comments or other suggestions.

Contact PMG, they will have all the rental information. I have a place at the Ledges, great weekend place, most have 30-40ft slips, close to the action, price is right!
