I was up there last night practicing....
I couldn't believe my ears when Security approached me. I thought he was joking when he said, "Sir, I am sorry but you are not allowed to use a tri-pod here. "
He made me aware I was on Private Property and showed me where I could go if I wanted to continue using the tri-pod.
I was allowed to shoot pics, just not with the tri-pod.
I continued to shoot for awhile and then went to Hoboken which had a better view anyway!

I bumped into you guys last fall during your Sunday sojourn. you passed me going north, and again going south, this time I want to know where you're going, so I'll arrange to meet you. 27 Fountain with two families aboard.

Pat, which boat is yours? We saw a newer fountain at the marina that I believe went north. I'm also from Lake Hopatcong. Actually taking the boat out there tomm.
