For those launching out of Oak Orchard or Wilson: We know that you just came from that way so when we go to Oak Orchard for our first stop we know you don't want to go back that way. What has happened in the past is those who don't do it go ahead to the lunch stop. This year we are asking that instead of leaving ahead to lunch, please wait for us to return from Oak Orchard and run with the group. Usually you have the nicest boats and it looks better for us as a run to have everyone arriving closer together as a group. And you have the fastest boats anyway so you'll still be the 1st ones in to dock for lunch but it will be a better show. This can help us in the future with sponsors, better pictures for Poker Runs America mag and municipal cooperation.

I might be overlooking something, and excuse me if I am. I do not see an address or marina name for the location so we can plan our trip. Also is there a hotel near or do most people just do this as a day event? Thanks

Eagle Creek Marina
1033 South Lakeland Beach Road
Kendall, NY 14476

(585) 659-8603

Most folks do this as a day trip, but hopefully somebody will chime in with nearby accomodations.

Eagle Creek Marina has provided free over night slips. Electric, water and TV might be extra but available. If you can sleep on your boat you'd be all set. There are nice showers and bathrooms inside the yacht club.
