Ok guys...UPDATE!!
Just ran up river 15 miles and the water looks good. There is a collection of trash on the lake right at the boat ramp/marina. Once you go about 1 mile up river the debris is very minimal. So, come on and join us!!

What a great time! Once again kudos to Mark & Gerald for taking this run to the next level. Team 'This is what awesome looks like' had a blast.

Great meeting everyone...look forward to seeing most of you at the Lake Cumberland Thunder Run in June.
