there is a marina in sunny isles on 163st that i use they will fork lift you in and out and no prob washing the boat at all. they have 24hr security and i think its only like $500 for the month or $100 a day. I've used them a couple times now and they have been a pleasure to deal with
plus its 2 mins from haulover park.

the whole length of bal harbour and sunny isles is loaded with beautiful hotels. The best view i think is one bal harbour its pretty pricey but its one the corner of the inlet so you get great views of the ocean and the boats going out the inlet, mostly from TNT, also a perfect view depending on what tower your in of the sandbar and intercoastal which is a great party spot on the weekends

163rd Marina is where I keep my boat,when I need my boat on a trailer I just bring it to Haulover Marina ,only 10 min south,no wake zone ,and it is like $12 to park the trailer a day.

The Fountaibleu is one of the nicest in the area ( Miami Beach ),also Trump International in Sunny Isles could be good
