They haven't bothered me and my boat is way to loud, I am up there 75% of the summer as well. Though I did here they were looking for me from 4bus, luckly he had 12 people aboard from Canada so he got the attention and not me...

And they yank you over for anything above 30 in the American Narrows which is Abay lighthouse to Clayton lighthouse...ask me how I know. Then while they pester you for that they get out the Welcome-to-Abay sound meter.
