Anyone know the dates for the June 2015 Cumberland Poker Run?

Is there a shot gun style start at this one? Not sure if we want to keep going to the sept run after the changes.

The 2015 Lake Cumberland Thunder Run will be June 19th-20th 2015, I will be updating the website and forums soon and will continue to post updates here when the become available. As far as the start goes, as of now we are not expecting any change and will continue to proceed and plan like we have in the past. Saying that please understand that we the organizers are not the only ones who have a say in the start of the event, we submit our permit paperwork to the COE and if they want us to make changes then we have to comply. Like I said we are not expecting to have to make changes to the start but will not know for sure until our permit is in hand. Thanks and we look forward to seeing everyone there!!

How do you do the start? I haven't been to this one, only the fall one.

you can visit www.cumberlandpokerrun.com (still needs to be updated) to see details and information about our run....... we start the run in groups of 20 boats grouped by speed, the groups follow a pace boat out of indian creek and when the pace boat feels it is safe he drops the flag and the group can accelerate to a safe operating speed for there boat.
