Become a sponsor of a major boating event for the price of a lunch
Dear Friends
I would like to thank you for your interest in the Boating Toys for Tots Tour . We would also like to invite you to participate in this most unique event . The event has been in existence for over 15 year and each years meets with greater success. This toy collection puts hundreds of toys in the hands of deserving children . This is only possible with the help of some sensational guest and great sponsors . Boats come from all over the nation to join the fun .
Beyond the fun of the event we also are looking for help in making this event happen . We are looking for sponsors and vendors who might be interested in becoming associated with the Boating Toys for Tots Tour . You will be in great company . Parties lending support to this event are the US Marines the Putnam County Sheriff`s Office The City of Palatka and its Mayor and the Chamber of Commerce. Sponsorship Puts you in the center of all that is happening at the Boating Toys for Tots tour we welcome you and your company to take center stage with all the media attention that the tour receives. You are l also welcome to bring to the event a promotional displays or a vending station to to market to the event guests.

8;00AM registration opens
10;00 AM gather on the docks to prep for lunch run
10;30 AM briefing on lunch run
10;45 AM push off on lunch run
5-7 Pm patio meet and greet
7;30 Pm dinner then party your butt off with some of the greatest guys and girls on the river.Party at half throttle as Saturday is the BIG day.
Saturday Dec 6
8;00 AM Registration desk opens
10;00 AM Briefing in the main hall of the Crystal Cove resort
11;30 AM start the Toy Run
the flotilla will run from the bridge in Palatka to the City Dock in Welaka, where the US marines will collect your toys and gifts.
??;30 Lunch at the Anderson's lodge
Live entertainment and a great lunch** will be the feature , and a whole lot of tall stories of boating adventures between friends.
8;30 PM Dinner banquet** at the Crystal Cove resort . With a Birthday toast and cake** to celebrate everyone B-day in December . Then party and dance all evening long. RaceBoat Rus turns 55. The evening will feature great food and drinks and festivities at full throttle fun. Live music and we will dance because we still can.
Sunday morning if you can find your way to dinning room come share a re energizing breakfast with your new friends
