Im not aware of any hotels close by within walking distance of the bars/resturaunts. there are a few small cottages and studio like apartments/ small motels for rent close by but you would have to leave trailer and boat at launch parking lot and walk to these places. If you are intersted in these just type in "sodus point lodging" in google. for anyone looking to stay on the boat. the resturaunts in the area have many docks and some room to raft off of each other and have no problem with people sleeping at the docks, as long as you are giving them business and not sitting on your boat drinking your own beer all night

Only a few days away. Weather looks absolutely perfect so far (knock on fiberglass) if any one has any question please ask on here. Seems like its going to be a huge turn out! Thanks see you all saturday

A big Thank you to AJ for organizing this run. While the water was a bit snotty non of the participants were and it was a great day.
Good to see all the cooperation and respect everyone showed each other and their boats with rafting off , anchoring etc.
There were many new faces I had not seen at any of the other formal or informal runs. I thoroughly enjoyed running along side all of you and I hope you will consider coming to one of our formal runs next year- the ROPA Seneca Lake Battleship Run n July and the WNYOPA Buffalo Poker Run in August as well as the Oneida Lake Chicken wing Run this year.
