I am also thinking it was the heat. I deliberately didn't put mine on till Saturday morning and peeled it off right after the run.. I didn't have a problem last year so either the heat or a different sticker then last year. A little alcohol seemed to soften it enough to clean off, using an old credit card as a scraper.

I haven't even tried to take mine off yet. I have a 32' boat and got #32 so it looks kinda cool (for now). If only 3's and 2's came up with my poker hand I might have had $ to pay someone to take it off!
