19th Henry Yacht Club shootout raffle Henry IL
On August 19 Henry Yacht Club will be hosting their annual Shootout/Poker run. This year the club is using the whole pool between Peru,IL to Peoria,IL to make for some good runs.About 75 miles from Peoria to Peru by water. Lunch will be pulled pork severed at East Peoria Boat club. A family style buffet will be included at the final stop in Henry,IL at the Landings. There will be three starting point this year to be able to lodge everyone that is taking part in this event. One in the North and one in the South plus the main one in Henry,IL. Payout for the top three with $1000.00 going to First place. There are several fuel station along this run plus many great stops that include beaches,marinas, and coves to hangout in. Spring Valley, Henry and EastPort marina in East Peoria all have good boat ramp for larger boats. EastPort also has a large forklift to lower boats into the water. The Illinois river offers something for everyone from wide open passes to wild life graving along the back of the river. Fees for this event is $30.00 per person .

Spring Valley boat club, east Peoria boat club and the Henry Landings will open form 10 to 12 for sign up. First group of boats out at 11. Lunch will be severed at East Peoria boat club until 2 pm.
