Excursion/mwdill/Sydwayz -

OK guys, it's time for me to catch up...I've been out of the net for awhile. Thanks for the replies to my post. I've never been to SML before so don't have a clue what to expect, where to launch, stay, etc,. etc.
Any advice would be appreciated. Definitely up for pre-party and I'll be lookin' for ya. I'll be the "old" guy, but young at heart!! I'll have a another couple with me and a friend from SML with me...

That is great, you will have a blast. Definitly br there Friday afternoon!!!
Depends on where you stay,is where you will launch.
Benards Landind is very nice and they have there own ramp.
Waterfront is nice also, but you will have to launch at the public ramp.
Campers Paridise has a little hotel right on the water and have a ramp. And better on the Wallet$$$
There are some more condos, Boardwalk, Park Place...etc....

Will might be able to help you out with some #'s

Thanks for the recommendations...this helps out a lot. I'm sure I'll be able to get set up with this info. If I run into any glitches, I'll let you know. This week end will be spent checking out the wheels/bearings on trailer to make sure I don't have any trouble with that. Boat is still under shrink wrap but that will be coming off in the next couple of weeks. Genset going in in April. I can hardly wait for the real Spring to get here!!!
