FOUNTAIN WORLDWIDE-1ST4BOATS Make it 3 in a row!
Race one in Marseille.....Total dominance by Fountain worldwide - 1st4boats.
All three Mercury engine boats were re mapped at the race site by merc mechanics, making them undynoed engines, putting them in the same situation as FWW last week in Italy.
Now......Fountain haters...can we get some love....Please!

They were not in the same situation as FWW was last week.
The 3 boats you mention did not have a spare legal dynoed engine race ready to be place in the boat sitting in the truck the night before Sunday's race.
If Mercury decided there was a SAFETY issue and remapping was needed to correct it, then so be it. Safety is Safety
That to me is not the decision by one team that chose to run voluntarily without the dynoed engine when they had one readily available and had an entire night to put the engine in the boat prior to the Sunday race.
Maybe at the time when P1 was being so accomodating by allowing FWW to run on Saturday pending the post dyno test, they should have also asked to have the penalty for a replacement engine waived so that they could have installed the dynoed engine without any issues...
But no. FWW chose to not leave themselves enough time to prepare their boat by not shipping the boat early enough and leave themselves a little room for delays in shipping. 1st mistake.
P1 gives them a pass for Saturday's race. 2nd mistake.
FWW decides to leave the legal engine on the truck and not install it for Sunday's race. 3rd mistake.
And FWW should have their 100 points reinstated why ???
This is just my opinion and how I see it from the information I have found out.
It sure is going to be a great season of competiton once everyone is racing with the telemetry system connected...

how are they not in the same situation? And how in the hell does changing the tuning on the engine have **** to do with safety? The engine were sealed making a stated amount of power, once Merc decides to change the tune on the engine, they are changing the power output of the engine.
