Team #17 Spirit of Belgium: sneak preview

On Wednesday April 29 2009 the brand new Belgian P1 Supersport team Spirit of Belgium held a testrun along the Belgian coast. The team will compete during this season in a Nor-Tech powerboat. The Spirit of Belgium team consists of Micha Robijn (pilot), Patrick Huybreghts (throttleman) and Marc Sluzny (navigator). TV-channel Exqi Sport will follow the team during this P1 season and broadcast the reports in full HD. See the very first pics on http://www.powerboating.be/content/view/242/

Soon there will be more news. I'm in contact with these guys but they're now in the midst of getting their powerboat ready to be shipped to Malta.

On stage after Saturday's Sprint race

The Belgian team Spirit of Belgium became 3rd after the Sprint race. It's their first appearence in the P1 World Championship and they're already on the podium! Congrats, guys!! (http://www.powerboating.be/content/view/251/)

that it is a very elegent looking mono in Supersport the Nortech 43
the same for the Al&Al boats
I think these 3 are the most good looking of the Supersport fleet...

Actually, the NT is not a 43' but a 380 Superfast. We raced her in the States during the 1998 season as Mastry Engine Center in Factory 2 class. Great boat.
