Guys, I also refrained from posting on the other thread. But in 4 years of running my Powerplay I can tell you that I have never once run the boat on plane or at speed with the drives tucked and the tabs all the way down. Like INDY said, they are very responsive to trim input.

Sure, to get on plane, the drives need tp be tucked but as soon as it planes you need to get them out opf the water.

Apparently you don't feel it was posable the the boat hit bottom when it stuffed in what was said to be 10 to 20' of water?

I agree with you totally. It would be very hard to travel at high speed with those settings.
The boat would plow badly and bow stear.

I cant imagine what any performance boat would do at 50-60 mph with the tabs all the way down!

This is a very high quality true offshore boat, more so than most out there. Some of the idiotic remarks made on the Marco Island thread just infuritate me. A little bit of research by these "experts" would stop some of this conjecture.

Mark...no need to defend your selection of a boat, you have every right to be proud.

Mark, Sorry my comment was not directed at you, it was another post on the Marco Island thread that went on and on like he was some kind of pro yet knew nothing about the brand of boat he was talking about.
