That boat was run out of Boca Raton FL, and was used for charter high speed rides. I was on it probably around 10 years ago. It was the first Powerplay I was ever on, and one of the first offshore boats I was ever on that got me hooked on this sport.....in hindsite, that was an expensive trip!!

Boca Raton Resort and Club was the place it was kept/ chartered from. Do you remember what it was called back then? Air and Sea is the newer name, I can't remember the original name. On rough days they would blast up the ICW which back then had no speed limits (today it is an IDLE zone!).

No it didn't have a person's name in it. It had something to do with the activity like fast waves or something. I called a buddy who used to park cars at BRRC and he couldn't remember either but it may pop into my brain or his in the next day or so!

I can't remember the name either, to be honest with you. Somewhere, I think I actually have a video of the run. I do remember thinking that I had found someone with the absolute best job in the world. The guy who took us out pulled up in a 911 Porsche, took us out for a blast, and then was waiting for the next group. Not a bad day at the office...
