Default Are Powerplay Boats CE Certified?

Someone is interested in the 33 Powerplay w/ Trip outboards that my brother DKWESTERN is selling. Do you know if the Powerplay boats are CE Certified for European Regulations?
Thank you,
Kris Kahl
