92 - 25' Powerplay on eBay - thoughts?

Saw this 92' - 25' Powerplay on eBay. It is relatively close to me. Thought about checking it out. What do you guys think about the based upon the ad? Not sure what all was done during the rebuild. Waiting to hear about that. If engine & drive checks out, what do you guys think it's worth?
