What more can a pp owners ever want?
70 mph "cruise" speed with 28's? What rpm is that?

Thats cool thanks. 4,000 rpm sounds high for a cruise speed to me. Mine is not doing 70mph at 4,000 with labbed 28's

If you choose to go with blowers, I am selling a Littlefield 8-71 with matching carbs, fuel lines, regulator, linkage, belt, pulleys, and a Whipple intercooler that I just took off my pp.

37 hours percfect condition

If you use the mercury racing website's slip calculator, that is 1% slip. Sounds pretty optimistic to me. http://www.mercuryracing.com/propell...calculator.php

I have a 2000 with HP500s, labbed 28's. My cruise at about 3500 - 3800 rpm's is like 53 to 55 mph.

I'm confused...

If you go with a tall deck, you won't have to change the exhaust.

For example, most all aftermarket heads make HP by raising the exhaust port up to 1 inch (mine are just that) and the exhaust conforms to the change via. the rubber boots.

Am I missing something?
