Powerplay 38 outboards

If i'm not mistaken there was a 38 Powerplay built with triple 250xs outboards. What was the top speed, and handling vs the twin 525 EFI boat?

33' Powerplay triple 2.5's
Supposedly ran 80 with 250xs; Sounds a tad high to me but may have.
Was rerigged with 275 Verados, and now has 300 Verados and runs close to 80 (high 70's)
I'd guess 300xs's would put it right with a 525 boat around 84MPH

Latitude Center Console The Former Powerplay
The 38' Powerplay is for sale. Below is a link to the listing. It is owned by the former owner of Midnight Express, Tom Mason. The boat is flawless. Tom is a great guy to deal with.

So you're the driver? Care to share boat details, speeds?
