The name is from the sales contract. Im looking in to a fraud here in Sweden and thats were the Powerplay XLT33 comes from. If that type of boat doesn't exist then there is something strange. The bodynumber is also in the contract so if someone know anything about Powerplay types and numbers it would be a great help for me.

PowerPlay
PowerPlay's built in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, had Coast Guard hull number prefix letters "PWN". Not to be confused with Powerplays built earlier in Holland, Michigan.

Yes and no. The numbers/letters at the end are not what they are supposed to be, but... Yes, the "PWN" indicates it was built by PowerPlay in Fort Lauderdale. The "SS" indicates that it is a "Sport Deck" & not a center-console fish boat. More than likely a sterndrive boat, than an outboard powered boat. The "112" is the hull number production sequence. The "E" is the month of the year it was produced/built, meaning the month of May. The "0" is the year it was produced/built, meaning the year 1990. "94" being the model year, 1994. The "L" is an extra letter/number that was never used by PowerPlay & should'nt exist. The four year difference between the year it was layed-up, and the model year in which it was sold, is very long, and unusual...but it did happen a few times at PowerPlay. As previously mentioned, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Did it exist a model called XLT33 in 1994?
There are also two Mercury 275 HP included with S/N 276058and 276063 so if the hull# say it's not an outbord. Was it normal to convert them or even possible?

Someone made up that model name. No, there was no such name, as an XLT33, ever, on any 33 PowerPlay. If the cockpit is the larger cockpit, that only the outboard SportDeck model had, then it was always an outboard model. It has a large U-shaped back seat area. Sounds "sorta" legitimate, except for the contrived model name, and the odd ending of the hull number. Too bad you don't have a photo of the boat in question.
