Well stated Mr. broker. Unfortunately, I just said to a friend this am, these things are barely worth the trailer they are sitting on. (I exagerated of course). Being a buyer, you have to WANT it and as a seller you have to WANT to see it go away, and take what you can live with. Unless of course you have lots of disposable income.

It's a good time to move up, IMO, if you have the means. Give up A to gain B. (B>>A)
