I agree....one of the draws of the PP mold is the raw classic lines include the hard angle'd stern. Keep the aggressive look vs the euro trend.

I would love to see some 28's.....single big block would def have a market......keep in mind the twin OB option for a 28 - good power to weight.

I think under 100k w/ as a base build is "affordable" for new. To me once you're over 100k the newer model used bigger boats become too attractive.

I think offering something other than Merc if it saves money (Ilmor, Raylar, etc) could help w/ cost if if they are in fact less?

Totally agreed. South Fl style offshores do not use a molded swimstep in my mind. I do not want a boat with one.

A 28" with a pair of 250xs or 300xs's would be a bad ass ride.

I just put out on the table SOME of the ideas we have been throwing around. Whatever we do the "classic" transom of the 33 and 38's will always be protected. So if the customer wants the classic look or the euro transom either option will be available.

Classic transom is the way to go. Imo a molded transom will make it look more like amass production boat.

As one of Active Thunder's ex-factory reps and having worked right down the street from your Midnight Express factory, I applaud you for returning the name Powerplay and their boats back into production. It's nice to see and know the brand will be coming back. I know alot of guys who worked hard and long at the old Powerplay factory and I'm sure they'll be happy and proud knowing Powerplay is coming back!! Good luck in your venture with Mystic and good selling!! Steve E.
