Default Rigging the 33 a little advice

I am getting ready to start mounting the engines on the 33 sport deck. Originally the boat came with 3 200's with 20" shafts outside and 25" on the center motor. Now I am putting 3 300's with 25" shafts on the outside and a 30 in the middle. I am resealing my bracket and I am wondering if I should raise it a couple inches since it is off? What night should I mount the engines? Should the nose cone be even with the hull? Maybe Steve1 could chime in?
Thanks!

Mine were even with the bottom. Start there, and make sure you can udjust up or down with the mounting bracket.
