Default First time out

I took the boat out for the first time since I had it. I noticed when the boat sits in the water it leans to the port side. This is with 80 % fuel and 100 % fresh water. I see that the water heater is mounted on the port side in the back seat in the bilge area. I am wondering if this has anything to do with it leaning so much. Also when running the boat it wants to steer hard towards the port side. Even when the boat is leveled out with the trim tabs. My 98 enticer seems to track a lot better. Could I have a steering system problem? Steering is stock with no external rams. Or could I have a hull problem, which I feel is unlikely because the previous owner's would of had it taken care of under warranty. I noticed when running the fiberglass where the stereo is mounted in above the hanging locker seems loose and the stereo wanted to slide out. Is there some hidden mounting bracket or bolts that need to be tightened? Any input would be greatly appreciated and put my mind at ease.
Thank you,

John Kalist
