Re: Is PQ still in Business?
Well, let's see the boat..where is the picture.
And my inside source has been telling the "T's" and "I's" thing for 5 months....I think the ink has dried up in the pen. But they better do something soon, if a year is missed it will be a sad day in the scope of Powerquest

Thanks for giving us some good info . Really appreciate hearing from former employees. Please feed us any information you can. As you can tell from following this board we all are rabid fans of the PQ line and all look forward to a reopening.

I wonder what was special about those graphics??
My buddy has a 93 270 Laser with those same graphics! Maybe the booze was talking? Anyways, a PQuest is always the best no matter what color!
Lets buy them a new ink pen so they can get this deal DONE! We're tried of the blah, blah, blah!

Re: Is PQ still in Business?
I have no idea what is special, something about the strips above the rub rail not fading like the splash. Hell I don't know that is why I thought I would share the story here and see if anyone knew anything
but hey I was in PC and it was a very distracting enviroment so that may also play some role in the conversation
but what the hell a PQ is a PQ and I was flattered they stopped and knew what kind of boat it was

I'll believe it when I see it!! I just called the company that does PQ's shirts and what not and they pretty much have heard the same garbage we've heard. By the way they have a fair amount of PQ stuff they'd like to move so it may be worth a call if anyone needs anything. Sounds like PQ gave them the shaft job as well!

Re: Is PQ still in Business?
The performance boat market is soft right now, so I have a hard time believing anyone would want to invest in a defunct boat company at this time. There are PQ dealers in the midwest that still have '05 stock that they can't get rid of so why would they be inclined to order '07's if they were available? Also, how many folks here that have been following this thread would actually buy a new PQ in the next year or two if they were to reopen?
