Default Temperature Gauge Question

Our Temperature Gauge In Our 1996 24ft Powerquest Precept Does Not Work Anymore. My Question Is How Do You Fix It.

the temp sender is located by the thermostat houshing.
unplug the wire from the sender and ground the wire,the gauge should go to hot,if it does then you need a new sender,if it does not move then you either have a wire or a guage problem.
